This class is limited to 20 participants. It runs from 6-8pm. You will learn some of the key differences between acute and chronic pain and how a mind/body approach can be helpful. **For some reason, the booking states this is every Monday. That is not accurate. This workshop is a one time even on June 9th from 6-8pm.
