Improve your ability to set boundaries and ask for what you need with DBT interpersonal skills of DEAR MAN, FAST, and GIVE. Concentric Circles of Relationship and Boundaries will also be discussed. This is an interactive workshop with both teaching and breakout activities.

About the event
Jeannie Hughes, LIMHP will facilitate this workshop. Attendance can be in-person or online. This workshop is appropriate for anyone capable of planning out a conversation. Childcare is not provided but individuals 12 and older are welcome to participate. There is a $10 fee per person for the workshop. This may be paid upon registration or upon arrival. Scholarships are available upon request.
