About the event
This workshop will introduce individuals to some of the key differences between acute and chronic symptoms and why those differences matter. The Central Nervous System is often the driver of unwanted physical symptoms. Discover things that contribute to the CNS becoming sensitized and learn how and why mind/body interventions are helpful in controlling and sometimes eliminating the chronic aspects of pain and other pesky symptom. We call these symptoms that stem from a over achieving central nervous system neuroplastic symptoms and they are common in diagnosis such as Chronic Pain, Fibromyalsia, Migraines, Chronic Fatiges Syndrome, CRPS, POTS, IBS, Pelvic Pain Syndromes, TMJ, and many more.
This workshop is a pre-requisite to other experiential workshops and retreats in the Chronic Pain series.
